Atari 2600 Donkey Kong leaves doubts about Neuroscience

Neuroscience experiments, using a reverse engineering technique, to dig into the the the 6502 code used to create the Atari 2600 version of Donkey Kong have left some scientists scratching their heads. Even though they know what the outcome of what the experiment should show about the code and what is going on in the cart, the results do not reflect what is actually in the code.
I can’t do the article justice here. but take a look and see how even an inorganic system with known output has confused the techniques used to study the human brain.
