I recently picked up a copy of the 2nd edition of this book from O’Reilly. One thing that’s frustrating me right from chapter 1 is that I don’t have the same art assets (like the hello world.gif or html5bg.jpg) that you use in your samples. I tried downloading the Example Code from the O’Reilly site however it doesn’t have assets for all of the chapters. Any hint where I might find them?
